My FMP is based on surrealism and manipulating an image that showcases its story. I wanted to base this project with my speciality of photography exploring how portraiture could be surreal and depict Dystopian/Futuristic themes. I paired my themes with Comic strips which I really do enjoy reading and looking through the illustrations. I wanted to explore the style of photography that I enjoy the most that is more towards fine art where i play around with the aesthetics and its meaningfulness. I also wanted to implement the skills that I’ve learnt on my foundation course.
