My theme of this project was to create a journey from China to Peru where I had to come up with my own characters.

I was interested to look at Chinese legendary characters as they were part of my childhood. Therefore, I thought this is a great opportunity for me to do something based around it. Besides that, I also went to an exhibition called Weavers of Cloud at Fashion and Textile museum. I personally thought it was an interesting and fun exhibition, because there was full of traditional textile of Peru that catches my eyes by looking at other countries' art. I thought it would be great if I could do something based on the culture. However, I also wanted to do something based around my Chinese background, therefore I decided to mix the two cultures together within the project. To do that, I have thought about many ways of combining them together. Finally, I've decided to make up a story; journey from China to Peru with a heroic character that was created by me.
